Cancellation Policy
Intuitive Healing Channel clients may reschedule or cancel their appointments up to 48 hours before the scheduled time, free from penalty fee. To reschedule an appointment or service please contact Bianca directly via email (intuitivehealingchannel@gmail.com) or phone 0415656022 Bianca using the 'book a call' feature on Intuitive Healing Channel website contact page. Please note, in regards to this Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests made less than 48 hours in advance will be charged *half the amount of service fee. No-shows may result in the inability to book future appointments without prepayment. In regards to this policy, in case of an emergency, please contact Bianca as soon as possible, and at Bianca's discretion, offer an exception to the rescheduling or cancellation policy.
